Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. Returns
• Eligibility: You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging. Please also include any freebies received with your order.
• Process: Initiate a return request through the provided email or WhatsApp contact. We will arrange for return pickup from the originally delivered address.
• Exclusions: Returns are not accepted after 7 days from delivery. Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for return.
2. Exchanges
• Eligibility: If your order is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request an exchange within 7 days from delivery.
• Process: Initiate an exchange request via WhatsApp. The time for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
3. Refunds
• Process: Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected at our warehouse, usually within 7 days of receipt. You will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp once the refund is processed.
• Payment Method: For cash-on-delivery orders, provide your bank account details for the refund. For prepaid orders (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking), the refund will be credited to the original payment method. • Non-Refundable Charges: Cash-on-Delivery charges and shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable.
4. Defective or Incorrect Orders
• Notification: Report defective, damaged, or incorrect orders within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video showing the issue.
• Process: Submit the issue through the 'Orders' section in our app or website, including images and videos of the problem. Ensure the video clearly shows the defect and includes the original packaging.
• Evidence: Videos should be clear and demonstrate the issue with the product. Inadequate evidence may result in the claim being denied. 5. Return Shipping
• Availability: Be available for the reverse pick-up. Failure to answer calls from the delivery partner may result in cancellation of the pick-up, requiring you to re-initiate the process.
• Pin Code Restrictions: Some locations may not be serviceable for reverse pick-up. If this occurs, you may need to use an alternative courier service like India Post. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs up to Rs 70. Any amount exceeding Rs 70 will be deducted from your refund.
6. Special Cases
• Missing Items: If items are missing from a return, the company reserves the right to deduct the value of missing items from the refund.
• Promotional Offers: Items purchased during promotional offers, contests, or clearance sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Combo/Gift Boxes: Individual items from combo or gift boxes cannot be returned or exchanged separately.
7. Technical Issues

8. Additional Notes
• Timeliness: Complaints or requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be considered.
• Customer Responsibility: Ensure that return requests are made within the stipulated time and with the required evidence to facilitate a smooth process.
