 Secure Packaging 

We prioritize the safety of your Jewlery. Each item undergoes rigorous quality checks before being securely packaged. Products are placed in protective plastic zip lock pouches and wrapped with multiple layers of bubble wrap. They are then enclosed in an ADC Fashion Jewellery Box to ensure safe transit. 

Trusted Shipping Partners Once packaged, your order will be shipped through reliable partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, DTDC, or Postal Logistics. Please ensure you have the OTP received on your mobile number during registration, as it will be required for delivery. For any issues or assistance with your delivery, please contact our customer support team. If you suspect any tampering with the package, you may refuse delivery at that time. 

Order Tracking and Delivery Time After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking message on your registered mobile number. Delivery typically takes between 2-7 days, depending on your location. We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

Shipping Charges 

• Free delivery is available for orders over INR 1000. 

• For orders below INR 1000, a standard shipping fee of INR 80 applies. However, for the following states—Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Puducherry—the shipping fee is INR 80. For all other states, the shipping fee is INR 100.

 • An additional INR 100 will be charged for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, regardless of the cart value.
